Desi's Boutique is shipping 1-2 week(s) for delivery time. You will be notified by email when your package is on it's way and a tracking number will also be provided. Shipping costs $15 or you can pick up your online order in store for FREE


Any product that you are not completely satisfied may be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase for an exchange or full refund, providing the item has not been used, worn, or washed. You are required to make us aware of the reason for the return, and provide the receipt of purchase.

NOTE*: All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged or defective product please notify us at info@shopedesis.ca within 2 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. We will replace a damaged item if available but we do not manufacture all our products and we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of damaged items are up to the manufacturers’ discretion.

Know that we do not assume, shipping charges for the return.
